What you’ll do

Lead design activities for utility-scale BESS projects from concept to commissioning

Manage internal and external design teams across multiple high-profile projects

Mentor engineers on integration, protection, controls, and commissioning

Work hand-in-hand with project managers to align scope, client requirements, and variations

Ensure designs meet the strictest grid, regulatory, and investor standards

What you bring

Degree in Electrical Engineering

5+ years’ experience in BESS and substations (utility-scale preferred)

Hands-on experience in load flow, power system studies, SCADA/EMS, protection and controls

Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive outcomes

Technical leadership skills — you know how to guide and lift a team
