The Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager with a passion and enthusiasm for commercial projects

The right person with the right attitude and ability matters most

· Lead the planning, design, and development of civil engineering elements of projects, including site preparation, utility layout, drainage systems, and road access.

· Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with project goals.

· Prepare detailed project timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation plans.

· Budget and cost control, such as developing and managing project budgets.

· Regulatory compliance and permitting, such as ensuring all project activities comply with local, state and federal regulations.

· Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

· Supervise the construction phase to ensure civil engineering designs are implemented according to plans and specifications.

· Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delays, safety issues, or engineering challenges.

· Maintain client and stakeholder relations and provide regular project updates and progress reports.

· Ensure that the final project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and are compliant with safety and quality standards.

· Oversee final inspections and manage the handover process to clients.

Skills and Qualifications (edit as appropriate):

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles

· Able to lead cross-functional teams and guide projects to successful completion

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines
