Our client is a reputable Builder delivering high-quality Multi-Residential and Commercial projects across South East QLD. They are seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to join their team, develop their skills, and play a key role in delivering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of subcontract agreements and purchase orders
- Support project budgeting, cost control, and variation management
- Participate in estimating and tendering processes, including compiling submission documents
- Liaise with site and project teams to coordinate procurement and delivery schedules
- Monitor progress claims and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist in the preparation of client and supplier communications
- Maintain project registers, including RFIs, variations, and approvals
- Learn and contribute to contract compliance, project reporting, and risk management

What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction sector.
- Expertise in pre-tender forecasting, cost planning, and subcontractor negotiations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with high attention to detail.
