Our client is a reputable Builder delivering high-quality Multi-Residential and Commercial projects across South East QLD. They are seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to join their team, develop their skills, and play a key role in delivering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and management of subcontract agreements and purchase orders
• Support project budgeting, cost control, and variation management
• Participate in estimating and tendering processes, including compiling submission documents
• Liaise with site and project teams to coordinate procurement and delivery schedules
• Monitor progress claims and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist in the preparation of client and supplier communications
• Maintain project registers, including RFIs, variations, and approvals
• Learn and contribute to contract compliance, project reporting, and risk management

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction sector.
• Expertise in pre-tender forecasting, cost planning, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with high attention to detail.
