From Concept to Show Open – Become Our Next Exhibition Superstar!
As an Exhibition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both our Client Service and Production teams. Reporting directly to the Client Service Director, this exciting position brings new challenges every day.
You'll be instrumental in supporting multiple creative projects from start to finish, collaborating with major global brands across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-level administrative and sales support
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams
· Assist with bookings, orders, and event logistics
· Coordinate catering, hospitality, and on-site requirements
· Source show information and details from conference organisers
· Source and manage catering, furniture, and engagement ideas for events
· Provide production support, including ordering materials and equipment
· Support the production of proposals and presentations
· Jump in wherever needed — we're a team that collaborates and supports one another
What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:
· A genuine passion for exhibitions and events
· Strong administrative and organisational skills
· Excellent phone and email communication
· Enthusiasm and a “get stuck in” attitude
· Attention to detail in all tasks
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop in particular)
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Previously worked in a corporate and/or professional environment
· Ensure your appearance reflects professionalism and understand the significance of presentation – we collaborate with top-tier clients!
· Exceptional time management and attention to detail
· A relevant tertiary qualification
· Flexibility with hours and the ability to travel — exhibitions don’t follow a 9–5 schedule, and neither do we
Bonus points for:
· Previous experience within the exhibition and events industry
· A background in project coordination or client services
