You'll be the one to run events like clockwork and love it.

We’re looking for a Senior Event Coordinator who’s ready to take the lead on national events, both in-person and online. You’ll be the go-to for logistics, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior team members. It’s a role with purpose, variety, and plenty of room to grow.
What you’ll be doing
Leading the end-to-end delivery of a variety of events
Coaching and supporting junior team members
Managing suppliers, venues and stakeholder communications
Collaborating across teams to bring programs to life
Driving continuous improvement in how we plan and deliver events

What you’ll bring
2+ years’ experience in event coordination in a similar role
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Confidence managing budgets and timelines
Clear communication across diverse audiences
Experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues
Experience using CRM systems to manage event data and engagement
A collaborative mindset and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Bonus points if you’ve worked in health, charity or NFP events, or have experience with virtual platforms and marketing collaboration.
A few extras to know
Some travel and after-hours work will be required
Working with Children and Police Checks may apply
