We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by promoting our product range — including aluminium windows, doors, as well as privacy and security screens — while building strong client relationships and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with contractors, builders, and developers to deliver tailored solutions that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Identify sales opportunities and generate new business within the assigned territory.

· Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts.

· Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.

· Provide after-sales service and support to clients.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.

· Report on sales performance to management regularly.

· Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

· At least 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role preferably within the related industry.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and manage client portfolios.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
