About the client:

Our client is a very well-known global law firm, with a growing presence. Due to their continuous expansion, they are seeking an experienced Billing Officer who is interested in working in a broad, all-encompassing capacity.

Job duties:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Working on all aspects of invoicing including write-offs, cancellation and dispute resolution
• Loading rate schedules and invoices
• Periodic client billing, matter management and reporting to clients
• Trouble-shooting and support for issues around invoice presentation and scheduling
• Development of procedures to meet client billing requirements
• Data entry

About you:

• Must have 2+ years' experience in billing
• Professional service or legal background is ideal but not essential
• Strong communication skills as well as attention to detail
