About the role

Spire Law Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in either of our offices. This full-time role will support our busy conveyancing practice and play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth real estate transactions for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing a variety of conveyancing documents, including contracts of sale, transfer documents, and settlement statements

Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation

Conducting property searches and title investigations

Coordinating the settlement process, including arranging appointments, managing timelines, and ensuring all parties are informed

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files

Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a conveyancing or legal support role

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues

A genuine interest in the legal and real estate industry
