7 weeks annual leave (5 directed around school holidays + 2 flexible)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver therapy in homes, schools, the community, and our therapy spaces.
- Work closely with families to build capacity and achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Develop and implement therapy plans under supervision and with regular mentoring.
- Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Intervention Teachers, and Support Workers to provide holistic support.
- Document progress and outcomes in line with NDIS requirements.

- Regular team mentoring – with staff who have decades of experience in the disability sector and can support you both within and beyond your OT role.

- A recent OT graduate (or graduating soon) with a passion for paediatrics and disability.
