As an NDIS-registered provider, we bring compassionate, expert care directly to clients in their homes and communities. Our purpose is to empower the disability community by combining personalised therapy plans with a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach grounded in best practice.
About the New Graduate Role
We are seeking a mobile New Graduate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality NDIS-funded occupational therapy services full time in Sydney, local to their home area.
In this role, you will:
Assess functional capacity and daily living skills and develop tailored intervention plans.
Provide face-to-face OT support—at home and in the community
Implement evidence-based therapies for NDIS participants and their support team
Produce functional capacity assessments and end of intervention reports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues (e.g., physios, speech pathologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists) to design and deliver integrated care.
As an employee, the successful candidate will receive superannuation, leave entitlements, full travel reimbursement and an Apple work laptop and phone.
Please reach out if this position interests you, even if the location does not.
About Active Ability’s New Graduate Program
We are recruiting new grad occupational therapists to commence in early 2026 as part of our new graduate program.
The program will provide you with 16-weeks of targeted and focused disability-specific clinical support and everything you need to learn so that you are able to provide exceptional OT services to and for Active Ability’s clients. You will commence alongside other new graduates and begin Active Ability’s 5-year professional development program so that you are able to build a firm foundation of clinical practice from which to progress your professional career.
Who will your senior mentor be?
