The Role
As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will provide vital support to Portfolio Managers across trade execution, portfolio monitoring, performance reporting, and operational workflows. You will also act as a key contact for investment operations inquiries, liaising with advisers, platforms, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Support Portfolio Managers in the day-to-day management of managed account portfolios

Assist with trade execution and monitoring of investment activity across platforms

Produce and reconcile portfolio performance, attribution, and compliance reporting

Maintain data integrity across internal systems and external platforms

Respond to adviser and platform queries on investment operations and portfolio activity

Contribute to the enhancement of investment processes, reporting tools, and controls

Skills & Experience

2–4 years’ experience in financial services, ideally within investment management, platforms, or custody/administration

Strong attention to detail with a process-driven approach

Proficiency in financial and investment data analysis, with advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Self-starter, highly motivated, and collaborative team player

Desirable: Bloomberg and/or managed accounts experience
