Our client is a domestic leader in Wealth management. Working in an amazing but very busy office environment, our client requires the services of a senior operations analyst with experience across Operational Reporting, Risk, Investigations and compliance to assist with the growing demands of the business.
The successful candidate will bring their 4 to 7 years’ experience to a very dedicated and focused team. Our client is looking for an individual with a strong technical mindset and the professional and clear communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Having extensive back / middle office experience in either funds management, wealth or custody will be an added advantage.
Role requirements:
- Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completion
- Creating and producing client reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual tax statements)
- Professionally communicate with internal stakeholders for all reporting needs and queries
- Coordinating with third party print specialists to ensure timely delivery of reports and client communications
- Managing all queries
- Drive & support operational process improvement opportunities to create scale & project delivery
- Actively manage team risk profile by reviewing and enhancing controls, coaching team members on their understanding and purpose of controls and incident reduction
- Manage and coordinate all operational audits
- Ensure the team complies with IDPS and GS007 audit control standards
- Drive procedure updates and review.
- Liaison with custodians and business partners
- Ensure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirements
