Our client is a major distributor of structural timber products into the Australian housing market. To maintain its strong growth momentum the company is now seeking an experienced estimator to join the design team.

To be successful in what will be a stimulating, interesting and broad role you must demonstrate:

Estimating/Detailing knowledge and skills

Attention to detail, self – starter, time – line focus

Team player with a willingness to pitch in.

Initiative and drive and the capacity to work autonomously.

Effective negotiation and communication skills

Ideally candidates will have a frame and truss background and have well developed knowledge of the building process. Exposure to floor systems designs will be highly beneficial.
