With active operations across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane, they deliver projects spanning workplace, hospitality, education, and healthcare sectors.

They are now hiring for a Junior/Cadet Mandarin Speaking Estimator to play a key part in the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of tender submissions and pricing.

Reviewing and interpreting tender documentation and drawings.

Preparing detailed take-offs and Bills of Quantities.

Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.

Attending site visits and tender interviews as required.

Maintaining document control and tender records.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as an Estimator in any construction sector (fit out, new build, remedial, civil, etc.)

Fluent in Mandarin (essential)

A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.

Strong proficiency in estimating software such as BlueBeam, CostX, Buildsoft, etc.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

A proactive, self-driven mindset—experience with AI tools or digital estimating solutions is a plus.
