Please note: This is a casual position, and shift times will vary. Shifts can be on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests

Manage bookings, reservations, and general guest services

Deliver exceptional customer service across all five Council holiday parks

Support the day-to-day operations of busy holiday park reception areas

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in customer service, ideally within hospitality or tourism (desirable)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working across multiple locations and varying shifts

Experience using booking systems and handling general administrative tasks

Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering great service

Local to the Port Stephens area
