Quest Woolooware Bay is a newly designed 71-room property in the sought-after Woolooware Bay precinct, neighbouring the Cronulla Sharks Rugby League Team and Bay Central, Sutherland Shire’s newest Shopping Centre.

Since opening, Quest Woolooware Bay has quickly become a customer service leader within the Quest network. We are now looking for Casual Guest Service Agents to join our Front Office team and help deliver the effortless guest experiences we are known for.

The Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a warm and professional welcome to every guest

Assisting with check-ins, check-outs and reservations

Handling guest enquiries and providing local knowledge and recommendations

Supporting our housekeeping and management teams with smooth day-to-day operations

Promoting hotel services and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay

Shifts will include weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays, offering flexible hours across a 7-day roster.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for people who:

Have a genuine passion for customer service

Are confident communicators with a friendly, professional manner

Are well-presented and reliable

Thrive in a team environment and can also work independently

Are flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential — we’ll provide full training to the right candidate.
