Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate, friendly, and timely assistance to ensure a positive customer experience

Provide administrative support to the team as required, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable with a current driver's licence and your own transport
