The Role

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a key portfolio within the business.

This is a broad role covering the end-to-end management of products, from strategy, market insights, and range planning through to sourcing, development, pricing, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and procurement to ensure the portfolio remains competitive, profitable and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic development of your product category in line with trends and customer demand
• Manage the product lifecycle, including range reviews and identifying opportunities for growth
• Partner with local and international suppliers to source and develop innovative, high-quality products
• Analyse performance metrics to deliver improvements in margin, turnover, and sell-through
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute category plans, promotions, and trade activities
• Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulatory requirements

Experience required

We’re seeking a proactive, commercially minded product professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ideas from concept through to commercial success.

• 3+ years’ experience in product management, category management, or similar commercial roles
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results
• Experience liaising with international suppliers and manufacturers
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
