Exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our digital wagering platform. Working at the heart of a high-performing Product & Technology team, you’ll own key initiatives from discovery through to delivery—balancing customer experience, business goals, and technical feasibility.

In this role, you’ll shape the roadmap, define priorities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring high-impact features to life.

What you’ll do:

• Define and deliver the product roadmap across digital and platform initiatives.
• Work closely with UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to ship high-value features.
• Lead product discovery: gather requirements, validate ideas, prioritise ruthlessly.
• Use data to inform decisions, track success metrics, and continuously optimise.
• Keep stakeholders aligned and informed at every stage of the product lifecycle.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience as a Product Manager in high-growth tech, digital, or wagering environments.
• Strong commercial and customer focus—you know what good looks like and how to deliver it.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads and manage competing priorities.
• Confidence in working with data, customer insights, and agile delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
