What's on offer?

Snooze Mackay is looking for a motivational and experienced leader who is sales-driven & goal orientated. In addition, the successful candidate will possess energy and provide excellent service that continually delivers our customers the best shopping experience. We require someone who can manage the day-to-day side of business independently once trained.

In this full-time role, you may work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Please note we are flexible with days and hours.

You already come with the following:

The drive to achieve sales KPIs in line with targets and budgets

Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members

Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential

Previous management experience is desirable, but not essential

Exceptionally high standards of customer service

Energy and a positive attitude that bring out the best in you and all those around you

The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best

Effective communication skills, written and verbal

You may have experience from management in another field, or have sales experience and are looking to take the next step
