PERSOL is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Specialist for a maternity leave cover. The successful candidate will bring a solid background in healthcare marketing, with proven experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver strategic growth. A strong understanding of the medical or healthcare industry is essential, along with the ability to lead integrated campaigns, manage product launches, and engage key stakeholders.

About the role:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing plans
• Managing product launches, promotions, pricing, and forecasting
• Running campaigns to generate clinical demand and drive ROI
• Collaborating on medical education and stakeholder engagement
• Supporting contract execution and distributor promotions
• Optimising market access and building industry relationships

About you:

• 3+ years' marketing experience in healthcare or related industry
• Degree in marketing, business, or commerce
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems with a proactive mindset
