We’re currently looking for a highly organised Sales Support professional to join our Site Containers division at our Adelaide Head Office. In this role, you’ll act as the key link between the General Manager and the Sales Team, ensuring everything runs smoothly through seamless coordination, reliable administration, and outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing high-value customer accounts and complex sales enquiries

Preparing and reviewing quotes, contracts, and project documentation

Coordinating with logistics, operations, and finance to ensure timely and seamless delivery

Monitoring sales performance data and identifying areas for growth and improvement

Supporting the General Manager with forecasting, planning, and key account management

Maintaining accuracy across CRM and inventory systems

What You’ll bring

3 - 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role

Proven experience in team coordination and cross-functional collaboration

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
