About the Role
Our client is seeking a permanent full-time Sales Administration Assistant to join their team located in Thebarton. We are looking for a proactive and adaptable administrator who enjoys working in a busy work environment. This role is key to the organisation’s success, providing essential support to the sales team through customer service, quotations and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, face to face, email and telephone.
- Prepare sales quotes and process purchase job dispatch orders for clients.
- Daily liaison with external suppliers, sales representatives, the Arts Department and the Production Manager.
- Maintain filing systems and maintain professional office presentation.
- Provide back-up support to reception and purchasing staff.
- Provide ad-hoc general administration duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- Professional can-do attitude and customer-first approach.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with File Maker Pro or MYOB (advantageous, but not essential).
- Prior experience in administration, sales support or customer service.
