About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced leader to oversee the Sales Support team and drive best practice across the business.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage workflows, mentor and upskill your team, handle escalations, and ensure smooth, compliant operations across all sales administration functions. Your focus will be on creating a high-performing, engaged, and motivated support team that enables the sales consultants to do their best work.

Duties
• Lead, coach and inspire the Sales Support team
• Oversee onboarding, training and performance reviews
• Streamline workflows and identify process improvements
• Manage listing, sales, and marketing administration
• Act as the key point of contact for sales consultants
• Ensure compliance and accuracy across all documentation

Skills & experience
• A strong real estate background (ideally in Sales Support or Sales Administration)
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• CRM knowledge (AgentBox experience highly regarded)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to motivate and support others
