About The Business

The Admiral Motel Bunbury is a 43 room property with a restaurant, bar and conferencing room. Our restaurant caters for both contractors and leisure bookings across the entire week currently opening for breakfast and dinner service.

About The Role

25 - 35hrs per week.

Great team culture.

Stable roster, minimum 2 days off per week.

Kitchen operates two shifts per day, 7 days per week:

Mornings breakfast 3-7am includes crib prep, baking etc

Evening dinner 3-8

Candidates must be available to work either morning and/or evening shifts as required.

Support existing kitchen staff.

Assist in preparing limited set menus and food ordering.

About You

Qualification preferred but not essential.

2+ Years experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is essential.

Organised, creative and passionate about food and customer service.

Hotel food service experience is required.

Professional, reliable and consistent work ethic.

Team player.

Able to work unsupervised.

Food handling certificates required.

Australian work rights are required
