We are a fast growing company in the smoke alarm testing and maintenance industry. We are a family operated business who prides itself on providing a supportive work environment for its staff. Based in Burleigh, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation who have an outstanding reputation for customer service and an excellent company culture.
We are looking for a motivated and efficient person who is looking to utilise their office administrative skills in order to ensure workflow from client to operational staff. This role is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. Weekends are not required.
This position is a vital role in the company, liaising with Property Managers, Home Owners, Tenants and Operational Staff. We would like the successful applicant to undertake a Cert III in Business Administration and the willingness to undertake this training will form a significant part of the decision process.
Duties for this role include;
Use of customised data base
Deliver fast & effective solutions to clients demands
Data entry
Update the database with notes as and when required
Directing telephone enquiries
Email/Web Enquiries
General administrative duties
The applicant must demonstrate;
Capacity to accurately record and manage system information electronically
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
High Level of computer literacy
Pleasant phone manner
High level of organisational skills
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work autonomously
Own reliable transport
The successful applicant must be available for start on Monday 17th November, 2025
