SportsPower / Toyworld Swan Hill is a leading independently owned retail outlet based in Swan HIll. SportsPower and Toyworld stores have been a leader in the retail industry for over 30 years and the Ballarat store provides an exceptional working environment for a sports and or Toy enthusiast to learn and grow their sales skills with this full time position. .

The store operates 7 days a week, so hours are negotiable to suit appropriate applicants. All we ask for is for a positive attitude and a desire to provide the best customer service possible day in day out.

Duties include but are not limited to.

Customer Service/sales

Stock presentation/merchandising

General store cleaning

Stock Management/Stock take

Guidance of other staff

Ongoing communication with the wider management team.

Accurate pick and pack of online orders

To meet the above criteria you will need.

A ability to use Microsoft based programs,(Outlook, Word, Excel).

Excellent communication skills.

Be available to work on a full time basis. 5 days per week.

Be willing to help you fellow team members.

Be willing to contribute positively to the culture and work environment of the store.

An eye for detail when completing administrative tasks.
