The Role: Store Manager

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, leading a motivated team, and delivering excellent service and solutions to their customers. This role is ideal for someone who combines retail leadership with hands-on automotive knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations with a focus on customer experience and sales performance

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail and technical team

Provide expert advice on automotive spare parts and in-car audio systems

Drive store KPIs, manage promotional campaigns, and track performance

Maintain appropriate stock levels and manage inventory processes

Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising meets brand standards

Resolve customer inquiries, orders, and technical issues promptly

Uphold workplace safety, compliance, and company policies

What You Bring

Experience in automotive retail, trade parts sales, or similar industry

Strong product knowledge across automotive spare parts and accessories

Solid understanding of in-car audio systems and installation basics
