Due to continued expansion, we’re looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer Relationship Agents to join our growing Springwood team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is all about building connections – mostly over the phone – to understand a customer’s situation and work out a realistic repayment plan that gets them moving forward.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

Reaching out via outbound calls and taking inbound enquiries to discuss repayment options.

Logging accurate, detailed notes and keeping systems updated.

Using investigative tools to locate customers when contact details are out of date.

Building genuine rapport with a wide range of customers – even in tough conversations.

Collaborating on process improvements and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Spotting early signs of potential payment issues and taking action to stay ahead.

Working through disputes and escalating where necessary to keep things moving smoothly.

Meeting your targets (and maybe even breaking a few records!).

What You Bring to the Table:

You’re confident, switched on, and genuinely enjoy working with people. You can keep your cool when things get tricky and always bring a can-do approach to your day.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience in phone-based roles such as sales, customer service, or collections.

Excellent communication skills – both friendly and professional.

Strong negotiation skills with an empathetic edge.

The ability to work to goals and KPIs without losing your smile.

Solid admin and system skills with a good eye for detail.

A naturally positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in and support your team.
