Office Administration Reception based in Minyama with ERC
Full-time Reception
Reporting to the Office Manager you must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- A Team attitude
- the ability to work autonomously
- Strong work Ethic
- General Computer Skills
- The ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Prioritise duties accordingly
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- First point of call assisting cusomter with their enquiries
- Processing of customer data enquiries
- Incoming customer calls
- Updating Debtor details
- Processing customer forms
The successful applicant will enjoy a positive work environment with good working conditions.
Office Hours 9:00 am - 4:30 pm or as arranged with the Office Manager
