ABOUT THIS ROLE

• Overseeing the Southern Region, VIC/TAS
• Sales Focus, opportunity to impact and gain proportionate market share.
• Drive customer experience, dealer engagement / network performance
• Travel locally and interstate will be required
• Take full ownership of the position, be the face of the brand and be available to the network
• Work closely with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Fleet and Aftersales.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• A tertiary qualification in Business Management or similar and/or substantial experience and capabilities in relevant field or equivalent commensurate experience.
• Experience as Automotive State, Region or Senior Manager level required, ideally with a Sales focus.
• Experience working with the dealer network
• Leader of successful teams, demonstrating impact in job function
