About the Role
Are you the kind of person who lights up a room — even over the phone? Do you thrive on connecting with people, delivering genuine service, and turning enquiries into bookings?
We’re looking for a vibrant, sales-savvy superstar to join our Central Reservations Team, based at our iconic Q1 Resort & Spa — Australia’s tallest residential hotel and skyscraper. This is more than just a call-taking role — it’s about influencing and converting enquiries into unforgettable holiday experiences. You’ll be the first impression for our resort group, helping guests plan their dream getaway while driving real business results.
This is a full-time position, comprising five working days per week within a seven-day roster. While we’re pleased to accommodate a Monday to Friday schedule, flexibility is essential to meet business requirements. This includes availability to work on Public Holidays and occasional weekends as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Upsell room types, packages, and experiences to maximise guest value and revenue.
Deliver a warm, seamless booking experience using your product knowledge and sales skills.
Accurately manage bookings, changes, and cancellations in our reservations system.
Maintain accurate guest records and communication logs.
Collaborate with Front of House and other departments to ensure continuity and excellence throughout the guest journey.
Contribute to administrative tasks and team support where needed.
Embody our service standards and brand values in every interaction.
Who We’re Looking For
A confident, service-focused professional who takes pride in creating standout guest experiences.
A people person with natural warmth, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
Experience in either reservations, call centre sales or appointment setting and in fast-paced customer service roles. Sales closers in any industry will also be highly considered.
Comfortable managing calls, converting leads, and meeting performance goals.
Detail-oriented and efficient across multiple systems and platforms.
Proficiency with Property and/or Reservation Systems.
