In addition, we are about to open our brand new Japanese Restaurant, DISUKO, in the heart of the city.

The Opportunities
We’re looking for experienced Section Waitstaff and Bartenders to join our vibrant venues. These roles come with a guarantee of 20–30 hours per week, covering Monday–Friday (all day) and occasional weekends.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have:

For Section Waitstaff / Food & Beverage Salespeople:

Experience in a busy venue

Confidence managing a section of up to 10 tables

Ability to carry three plates

Passion for delivering fast, friendly, and professional service

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills

Outgoing personality with a genuine interest in hospitality

RSA certificate

For Bartenders:

Experience working in a busy bar environment

Confidence in cocktail making and solid beverage knowledge

Familiarity with Asian food and wine (advantageous)

Passion for fast, friendly, and consistent service

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills

Outgoing personality with a genuine interest in hospitality

RSA certificate
