Who You Are

• A proactive leader with 8-10+ years of professional experience in electronic hardware design, including embedded and mixed-signal systems.
• Proven track record of designing microcontroller-based systems, power supplies (DC/DC, PoE, USB-C PD desirable), high-speed digital interfaces (USB, Ethernet), and moderate LV power switching
  (48V, 10A).
• Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (EMC/EMI, safety standards, ESD protection, ingress protection).
• A relevant tertiary qualification in software or electronic engineering or other equivalent experience is essential.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and develop electronic systems that meet functional, performance, and compliance goals within cost constraints.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, leading and reviewing documentation across the team.
• Lead research into new technologies, translating findings into technical strategies and coaching others on complex system-level problem-solving.
• Drive cross-disciplinary collaboration, anticipating component selection issues and reducing long-term sourcing and design risk.
