Diploma qualified (or NQF approved equivalent) Lead Educator.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional educator for 7.5hr per day, Monday to Friday, available to work all shifts including opening at 6:30am & closing at 6:00pm

Our Director & Educational Leader will guide, challenge, listen, support, and inspire you to be a first-class Educator.

28-acre grounds include an outdoor garden classroom, construction area, outdoor cooking area, vegetable gardens, climbing logs, water play & playground.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming & nurturing environment

Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive EYLF program incorporating Bush Kindy

Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children & families, providing a high-quality, inclusive EYLF program incorporating Bush Kindy

Participate in professional & personal development

Promote the service within the local community in accordance with our Employee Guidelines, Philosophy & Policies

Job Requirements:

Experienced Early Childhood Education & Care Diploma Qualified, Lead Educator

Working with Children Card (Blue Card)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, & Anaphylaxis certificates

Knowledge & understanding of the National Quality Framework including National Quality Standards, Education & Care Services National Law Act 2010 & Educational & Care Services National Regulations 2011

Effective oral & written communication within the workplace

Possess highly developed problem-solving, decision-making & negotiation skills

Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, with parents, colleagues, & management to achieve goals

You will need reliable transport as we are located in a semi-rural setting with very little public transport.
