As our Toddler room Lead Educator, you'll bring your knowledge and experience to life through engaging programs, strong routines, and respectful relationships. You’ll work in partnership with your team and families to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child thrives—and has a blast doing it.

You'll be hands-on with curriculum planning, team mentoring, and helping shape the unique identity of your room. Whether it’s messy play, singing silly songs, or sparking a love for literacy, you’ll lead with laughter, learning and love.

You’ll be responsible for:

Creating and delivering engaging, age-appropriate programs

Building strong, genuine relationships with children and their families

Leading a team of educators with mentoring, guidance, and a good sense of humour

Keeping documentation and observations clear, meaningful, and linked to outcomes

Making sure your room is safe, inclusive, and buzzing with learning and joy

Collaborating with the wider centre team to support high-quality practice and compliance
