The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educator who is passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning. Someone who enjoys creating fun and engaging play spaces for children.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for team members who:

Have a growth mindset and a love of learning

Can develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Hold suitable qualifications for the role (Diploma, Certificate III, or Bachelor-level qualifications, ACECQA-assessed where applicable)

Understand the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and QKLG

Hold a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bring a sense of fun and a willingness to think creatively

Can support online learning tools (e.g., Kinder M8)

Are passionate about sustainable practices
