The opportunity
As part of the organisation’s continued growth, a Finance Business Partner – FP&A role has opened, offering the chance to work closely with General Managers as their go-to finance specialist with a strong operational focus.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with venue and operations teams to provide clear insights that support smarter decision-making.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analysis to ensure results align with business strategy.
• Driving monthly reporting, presenting trends, risks, and opportunities to influence business performance.
• Tracking KPIs, supporting leaders with actionable data, and recommending performance improvements.
• Identifying ways to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and leverage technology for efficiency.

About you
You’ll bring experience as a Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst or FP&A professional, with proven exposure to commercial environments. Multi-site, operational or hospitality sector experience will be highly regarded. Advanced Excel skills are a must.
