Hair and Beauty Kingdom is a fast-growing importer and wholesaler of premium salon supplies and furniture. We proudly supply exclusive brands to salons and wholesalers across Australia, offering a wide range of products—from professional clippers to high-end hair care. Alongside our wholesale operations, your primary position will be in the storefront in Nerang on the Gold Coast.

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service & Storefront Team Member to join our small but dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional service to customers in-store and over the phone.

Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and organising goods.

Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse and retail environment.

Serve customers at the counter and assist with orders.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer and wholesale orders accurately and on time.

Support business owners and team leads with daily operational needs.

About You

You’re proactive, customer-focused, and a team player. You are:

Passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Comfortable working in both warehouse and retail environments.

Physically fit and able to lift/carry small and bulky parcels.

A strong communicator who enjoys working with others.

Bonus points if you have experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or the hair and beauty industry.
