We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• General office administration and data entry.
• Answering phones and emails in a professional manner.
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
• Assisting management with day-to-day tasks.
• Supporting other staff when required.
• Great communication skills .
Staff induction and client Liasson.
About You:
• Previous experience in office administration (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Friendly, professional, and able to work independently.
