This position is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to work and progress in a role providing administration support and client services within our professional firm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing support to the Directors and team members
Engaging with clients, and assisting with phone and email queries
Managing client work on our systems for team members to complete
Manage client ASIC compliance
Manage client ATO mail
General office administration and management of the workplace
We are looking for someone who is:
Well organised & reliable
Has experience in an Accounting office
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to learn and carry out a variety of tasks to assist the team
Good communication skills
Able to multi-task
* Note this is a full-time position, however we will consider a shorter working day for the right candidate if this your preference.
