Join St Kilda Community Housing at our new Supportive Housing project, providing housing for vulnerable people in Port Phillip. Working within a Housing First and trauma informed framework, you'll help residents settle into stable housing while promoting engagement, safety, and wellbeing.

As a key daytime concierge, you'll welcome residents, maintain building safety, support community engagement, and liaise with night staff and external services. This role suits someone with experience supporting people with complex needs, strong interpersonal skills, and a calm, professional approach under pressure.

Minimum 2+ years experience supporting people with complex needs is required.

The Safety Lead is a key frontline role within the supportive housing staffing team. The SL ensures a welcoming, safe, and responsive environment for residents during weekday daytime hours. This includes providing informal support, promoting community engagement, maintaining building safety, and acting as a liaison between day and night operations.

This position operates during weekday daytime hours from 9am-5pm.
