A full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role provides responsibility for AP processes alongside the chance to support general finance administration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable: invoice processing, reconciliations and payment runs
• Assist with customer invoicing, receipting and data maintenance
• Maintain accurate supplier and customer records across finance systems
• Support month-end close, reporting and compliance activities
• Provide general finance and administration support including document management and timesheet processing
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance team

Candidate Profile
You're an experienced finance professional with a background in Accounts Payable and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and can manage competing priorities with professionalism.

You'll bring:

• At least 4 years' experience in Accounts Payable or finance support
• Accuracy and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Confidence using finance systems and Excel
• Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on teamwork
