Skills Required

Proficiency in multitasking

Exceptional customer service skills

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Essential proficiency in MS Suite

Key Responsibilities

Managing outgoing aftercare calls

General reception duties

Accurate data entry and invoicing

Xero or accounting software experience

Reporting directly to managing director
