Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Cavan, SA 5094
Pay Rate: $32-$33/hour
Hours: Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:00pm

Key Duties:

• Process component orders with accurate data entry
• Ensure same-day order turnaround
• Manage customer calls and emails
• Maintain accurate records
• Escalate urgent orders as needed

What You'll Need:

• Customer service and/or administration experience
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
• Confident phone and email communication
• Full working rights, with no restrictions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Knowledge of customer-specific product processes (advantageous)
