We are currently seeking applications for Client Engagement Officers to join the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit at the Department of Treasury & Finance.

Remuneration: ASO2 – Salary Range ($58,709 - $63,154 pa)

As a Client Engagement Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients with outstanding debt via telephone calls and online services.

The Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit (Fines Unit) is a business unit of the DTF and is responsible for the effective collection, resolution and enforcement of overdue fines and other debts owed to the state to assist in meeting the overall DTF strategic goals and objectives.
