About the role

Join the growing My Community Health team! We are seeking experienced Part Time Community Physiotherapists to join the team servicing the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra to Noosa) Queensland. In this role, you will be providing high-quality physiotherapy services within the local community, helping participants improve their mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This is a part-time position with flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

This Part Time role could be your main job or be only a few hours a week, fitting in around your other commitments. We are have multiple roles with varying hours per week available.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the health participants physical needs and develop tailored treatment plans

Delivering one-on-one physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and GPs, to provide holistic care

Maintaining detailed participant records and reporting on progress

Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest practices and technologies

What we're looking for

A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a physiotherapist in a community or rehabilitation setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and effectively manage their care

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatments

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay at the forefront of the physiotherapy field
