Welcome to our garden, a purpose-built space in Tahmoor NSW which is nestled in the Wollondilly, 30 mins drive from the Southern Highlands, 50 min drive from Wollongong, or 30 min drive from Campbelltown/Camden. Wildflower Holistic Services was created from a genuine desire to practice healthcare in a way that felt authentic, holistic, nurturing, and promoted one's independence.
Our purpose at Wildflowers is to evolve the societal approach towards mental health and disability by transforming the prevailing attitudes that reduce people to a mere diagnosis or diagnosis’. We are about, prioritising a person’s unique journey and celebrating their unique self, as we aim to foster a society where individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities, live, work and interact in ways that complement and celebrate their individuality.
As a team, we hold space for each other through regular catch-ups over a warm cup of tea or coffee, we have fortnightly peer supervision, weekly or fortnightly individual supervision with a board approved supervisor depending on needs, team building days and professional development opportunities throughout the calendar year. We encourage laughter and keep the vibes high through the sharing of memes, quality banter and deep chats about the latest reality tv shows and romance novels. We love getting team recommendations on where to eat, shop, explore, and visit. Our office vibe is laid back however we deeply understand the importance of our work.
At Wildflower’s we support our team members on their career goals and trajectory, giving you opportunities to take on new challenges and flourish within them. As we grow and expand, we would love for you to grow with us.
