What you’ll do:
- Lead the HSE plans and embed safety into culture and daily operations
- Maintain policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with legislation
- Coordinate drills, simulations, and annual risk reviews
- Drive HSE learning, onboarding, and team communications
- Report on HSE performance to leadership and the board
- Manage our HSE system
- Lead incident investigations and audits
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven HSE leadership success in high-risk or complex environments
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable working at heights
- Solid knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices
- Experience in project planning and change management
- Familiarity with HSE systems
- Industry background in tourism, hospitality, or entertainment (desirable)
- Lead Auditor qualification (desirable)
