Who You Are

• At least 7 years demonstrable industry experience working in embedded systems with C/C++, experience with RTOS, Python and web APIs would be advantageous.
• Passionate about driving continuous improvement in both technology and team processes.
• Able to take personal responsibility and achieve results with little need for supervision.
• You must have a relevant tertiary qualification in software or electronic engineering or other equivalent experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan, estimate, track, and report on project tasks, leading the day-to-day operations of the software team.
• Create and document product architecture, software designs, and source code to corporate standards.
• Design, implement, and test software for lighting control systems using embedded C/C++.
• Act as a positive role model and guide team members, resolving escalated difficulties and performance matters.
